Family owned and locally operated, Wade Construction Services Group LLC is led by fourth-generation equipment operators. The Wade family roots go back to 1949 when 19 year old Mack A. Wade began his career in equipment operating.  Mack was operating bulldozers, side booms and draglines building America's oil pipelines for the Houston based company, Houston Contracting Company. Leaving behind his home and farm in Walhalla, Texas (near Warrenton) Mack spent 35 years operating heavy equipment building oil infrastructure across 25 states and Canada.

By 1968 Mack's oldest son, Danny Wade, age of 18 and second-generation operator, joined his father as a "Swamper".  Danny was assisting Mack on the pipeline by maintaining heavy equipment before he became an operator and then bookkeeper and Admin staff.  Danny spent his younger years working alongside his father until enlisting in the US Army and serving during the Vietnam Conflict. 

30 Years later at the age of 18 Danny’s son Nathan became a third-generation operator and would set out to start a new family business, Wade Construction Services in Abilene, Texas. Nathan and his team started small doing dirt work, building site pads, constructing roads, fencing, carports and remodeling homes before growing into a full-service General Contractor. Wade Construction Services spent several years building some of the first barndominiums and metal building "man caves" to include features such as car lifts, elevators and interior tornado shelters. Wade Construction Services earned the respect of companies like Lowes, Home Depot and the state agency, American Habilitation, to install their products and make homes handicap accessible for veterans.

Over the next 20 years Nathan would go on to start and or run several other businesses.  Eventually, Nathan ended up outside of Burton Texas in 2011 near his family’s homestead. He had a family of his own with a wife and four children.  Nathan and his oldest son, Easton, now 18 and fourth-generation operator, would put other ventures behind them and start Wade Construction Services Group LLC in April of 2021. The two started with what the family knew best, heavy equipment and dirt work with a primary focus on site development. It was not long before the pair were building fences, clearing land, digging ponds, building roads, pouring concrete and once again being a General Contractor. As in the past, the Wades built the trust of large companies being their "go to contractor". Wade Construction Services Group LLC has contracts with Clayton Homes, municipalities and large private organizations. In November of 2022, Nathan's second son, Weston, also joined the company as a fourth-generation heavy equipment operator working alongside his grandfather, father and older brother. 

Nathan and his wife, Christi, have five children, four boys and one girl. The most recent addition was the fourth boy born in March 2023.  Nathan and Christi thank God daily for the blessing and responsibility of owning Wade Construction Services Group LLC.
